'HOTLINE' DATA ACQUISITION, DISPLAY, & CONTROL PROGRAM

'HOTLINE' is a data acquisition, display, and control program that was developed for

personal computers. The program acquires data from programmable controllers and performs control functions.  Data is displayed in table displays, trend displays, graphics displays, and an alarm display.   Control functions include PID control, and logic functions.  Calculate functions enhance control capabilities.

Historical data is saved without compression, enabling users to instantly replay the parameters associated with their process.

A report generator is available that enables a report to be printed that summarizes the operation of a process for any increment of the day or the entire day.  The report is in ‘free’ format which enables the user to produce a report per the user’s format.

Even though ‘HOTLINE’ is a standard program, it can be customized by Industrial Control Specialists to a user’s specific needs. The program operates under Windows NT, 2000, and XP.
